I bought this hair dryer for a Christmes present. It stopped working last week. It started making noise, then smoking, then it quit. It has a 1 year warranty. I need to know how to return it for a replacement.

CHI Turbo Low EMF Professional Hair Dryer with Diffuser Model No. GF-1541 We love this hair dryer! This is the dryer my hair stylist uses. It’s not loud as regular dryers and doesn’t blow your hair away so it’s easier to style but dries your hair quickly. Had to buy a second one because my husband was going out of town and I didn’t want to resort back to using the old drug store “celebrity” stylist brands.

This was my first nice hairdryer and I love it. It makes drying my long think hair go so much faster and doesn’t damage it nearly as much as cheap hairdryers.
I’ve already had it for over 5 years, and even though it’s a reasonable size I almost always make room in my suitcase to travel with it.
It will make you hate standard hair dryers.
One tip-keep the box. Chi has a lifetime warranty on their hairdryers when you hold on to the box.
