I bought this blow dryer at Ulta 14 months ago. I loved it! It dried my hair quicker than other dryers and helped with the straigtening process. So much so that I will probably buy another one, same brand. Why do I have to buy another one after 14 months…….?? Because it stopped working. It has a one year warranty and died at the 14 month stage. And I don’t even use it every day! I took it to a small appliance repair shop and they were stumped. It had something to do with the plug, not the motor. But the blow dryer is excellent in what it does to my hair!

this is a great blow dryer. gets hair extremely flat before having to do a flat iron. also gives a great shine. the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it gets REALLY hot. i think it may be to hot at times, but that is what the cool shot is for. would still recommend. better than any dryer at your local grocery store for sure.

After two years my pink nano burned out and I bought a new one. I have been very happy with it. My new pink nano is great. One complaint: It gets really hot and sometimes hurts my scalp. Overall, I’m pleased with the product.

When I first got this hairdryer, it changed my life. It dried my hair quickly and left it shiny and it maintained its shape much better. The dryer was a little heavier than I expected, but I managed. After two heavenly weeks, it stopped blowing hot air. I discovered that if I held down the cool-shot button it would blow hot, but that got annoying. So I returned it and bought a Conair professional dryer that was less expensive. Luckily amazon refunded my money.

The hairdryer works great, it makes me hair almost as smooth as the straightener does and it dries my hair a lot faster than my old hairdryer. The only complaint I have is that it’s a little heavy, and a little pricey, but it’s worth it. I love it!
