somewhat awkward design…..took a while to figure out which was cutting surface
cutting length dial must be carefully used……easy to slip back to minimum length which could cause a disaster.

I ended up with screwing my head badly and had to go to hairdresser.
The comb is too soft and you will cut uneven, plus cutting performance is very poor. Returned it.

Had high hopes for this product. Few parts, All in one design, rechargeable, even a simple recharger/stand made for high hopes. Unfortunately, I was quickly disappointed. Trying to cut hair with this is frustrating. The clip continually collects your hair, requiring you to remove it and tap it to try to get the hair out. A normal 15min buzz took 30min+.
Thought I had finally found the perfect clippers but will sadly be returning them asap.

At least it is functional (as opposed to their ‘turbo’ model which is non-functional). Does the cutting job pretty well. But it is difficult to remove the guard for emptying. You have to shut down the machine first, can’t do it ‘on the fly’. I guess this is a new safety issue? Then when you put it back on, you have to reset your number again – it does not return to the previous position.

this product is not worth purchasing for beard trimming. it does not cut evenly. The plastic clips bend causing an uneven trim. This product is costs too much when you can buy something equivalent for a lesser price.
