I purchased this hair dryer in April 2009 from another retailer. In February 2010, the high setting went out. Luckily, it has a 2 year warranty — you’ll probably need it! The company upgraded me to the Featherweight Dryer, which retails for $80 more, plus they sent almost $50 in samples of their t3 hair care line. NICE! I just hope this replacement dryer holds out and if it doesn’t hopefully it breaks before the 2 yrs is up. Like the previous reviewer said, the concentrator nozzle falls of constantly.

I initially purchased the T3 in Feb 2009. It blew out the LOW speed in June, 4 months later. They replaced it and waived the fee. Now 7 months later, the second one has blown the HIGH speed. For the price, I cannot recommend it to anyone. For the performance, I don’t see that much difference from my Jilbere dryer which has served me well for many years and is STILL WORKING. For the quality–terrible, terrible. There aren’t that many moving parts and they can’t get the MOTOR right for $110.00?? Want my money back!

I recently purchased this dryer as a replacement for my old Babyliss. I believe that dryers are one of those things where “you get what you pay for”, especially when you blow your hair out at least 5 times a week. I am still looking for a dryer that can survive for more than a year.
Initially, I was pleased with this dryer. T3 has a great reputation, the dryer is extremely light and easy to handle with all the various temperature, speed and cool shot settings (and it’s pretty), however recently I have become less enchanted. The concentrator nozzle constantly comes off even during normal drying, let alone when you apply pressure to it with a brush or attempt to lay it on a counter. I’m sure I could super glue it, but after spending $119, I don’t feel I should have to. I don’t think my hair dries any faster than it did with my old one, but the results are good.
I am considering returning this dryer for the Bespoke Labs T3 Featherweight. It is more expensive, but perhaps even within the T3 line, you get what you pay for.
